  We were in for dinner last night and had the pleasure of Jessica serving us.
  
  We really enjoyed the food, (we were missing out on the salmon PLT). But what we loved most was the amazing service we received from Jessica. She was super personable, and very knowledgeable
  with the menu, history of the restaurant, etc.... She really made our experience at your restaurant very enjoyable! So often we go out to dinner, and the service is lacking, but what a refreshing change of pace
  we experienced last night.
  
  Thank you for a great meal, and incredible service! Jessica is an asset to the company, and we really appreciated her!
  
  We enjoyed a pretzel appetizer with picked mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, and entrees of Pastrami Sandwich, Grilled cheese prepared with tomato & basil on a rye bread, a Burger with cilantro, avocado, and a chili mayonnaise, and a kids meal with mac-n-cheese and a corn dog. Simple food, but really done nicely with good quality ingredients and flavors.

  We happened upon Historic Brewing while looking for a less tourist-y place for a nice dinner and some local brews. The night we stopped happened to be a set menu special, the chef pared a 4 course dinner with beer/wine selections (So I cannot speak to the normal menu). The dinner we had was very well prepared and the pairings were well executed. (the menu prices looked to be normal for a larger city or a tourists area - so if you are looking for a cheap diner meal; go to a diner. Our dinner was a special price.) Historic seemed to have an slightly upscale menu, with a taproom atmosphere, The service was very friendly and personal. --- If I ever pass through Williams again, I will make it a point to stop here again.

  Very limited food Menu and prices are very high even for a tourist town. Their homemade beer was very good and the staff was very knowledgeable. Would be OK for appetizers and beer but not as a meal.

  Oh my gosh :D We were so hungry and stopped here one night and were blown away by the quality and taste of the food. They even had the freshest green mix for their salad. The ambiance is pretty cool as well.
