  One star only because I can't put negative stars. We're in town visiting for the weekend. We met up with friends who didn't get here until 8 pm. We tried to go to the brewery next to our hotel for dinner but they were already closed for the night. We googled places to eat and it said the KFC was open until 10 and the Taco Bell was open 24 hours. We headed over parked and got out of the car, 16 of us in all, ready to spend some money in this establishment after traveling all day. We pulled into the parking lot at 9:20 pm and as soon as we were all out of the car and walking to the door the employees inside came and locked the door on us. Seriously!? They didn't close for another 40 minutes and there were still customers inside the store. They lost out on some money and we won't be going back while we're still here in town. Very unprofessional.

  Very fast and friendly. They did mess up my order but made it right and gave me the item free. The chicken littles were overcooked.

  I really like going over since Flagstaff don't have KFC. They miss up my order but they fix it for me. Great Customer Service.
